Abstract

This research investigates the influence of training, motivation and job involvement on employee performance study in Dr. Reksodiwiryo Hospital Padang. The data obtained through questionnaire. There were 85 respondents. The data was processed by using SPSS 16.0. In this research there are four variables, those are training, motivation and job involvement, and dependent variable is employee performance. The study showed training and employee performance is not significant, motivation and job involvement have significant relationship to employee performance. The implications, limitation and Suggestions of this research were also discussed in this research.
