Abstract

Perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat mendasari perubahan pola makan, masyarakat masa kini banyak yang mengkonsumsi makanan siap saji atau lebih memilih makanan instan yang biasa dikenal dengan istilah fast food. Gaya hidup kota yang serba praktis memungkinkan remaja sulit untuk menghindar dari fast food. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan perilaku mengkonsumsi fast food pada remaja di SMA Negeri 3 Padang Tahun 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional, yang dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 3 Padang. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 236 orang yang diambil sesuai kriteria inklusi dengan teknik porpotionate random sampling, menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Kata kunci : Fast Food, Pengetahuan, Perilaku Daftar pustaka : 36 (1994-2015) Changes in people's lifestyles underlying dietary changes, contemporary society is happy eating fast food or prefer instant food commonly known as fast food. Paced city lifestyle practical enable adoscelent is hard to avoid fast food. This study goals to determine the relationship between Knowledge and Behaviour about eating fast food of Adoscelent in SMA Negeri 3 Padang year 2016. This study used a descriptive analytic cross sectional approach, which was held in SMAN 3 Padang. These samples included 236 people who were taken in accordance with the inclusion criteria and use porpotionate random sampling technique, using a questionnaire as a research instrument.
