Abstract

ABSTRACT Diplomatic relations set on Vienna Convention 1961 of diplomatic relations and the rights and privileges granted immunity. one of that immunities is the immunity of diplomatic representative region. But that immunity is often abused by diplomatic agents that causes a various problems. This study aims to determine : (1) what action can be taken by the recipient country against the abuse of diplomatic representative region, (2) what the legal consequences inflicted by recippient states actions that breaktrough the diplomatic representative building without permission. This research is a normative juridical with statute approach. The results of this research indicate that the action can be taken by the recipient countries to against the abuses of diplomatic representative region are : persona non grata and revocation of immunities right. The legal consequences inflicted by the actions of recippient states that trespassing to the diplomatic representative region could be protests from the sending country to the receiving country, the decline in the status of friendship between the two countries, the withdrawal of the diplomatic mission of the sender in the recipient country, and feared similar action was also performed to the recipient countries diplomatic representatives in sending countries was due to the actions of this trespass is an act that violates the rules in the convention wina 1961 on diplomatic relations.
