Abstract
Agrowisata kebun stroberi fragaria merupakan suatu usaha wisata yang memadukan pariwisata dan pertanian dimana pengunjung dapat mengunjungi kebun stroberi sambil menikmati pemandangan alam di sekitar kebun stroberi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan agrowisata kebun stroberi fragaria dan menganalisis kepuasan pengunjung agrowisata kebun stroberi fragaria. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pengambilan responden dilakukan dengan metode non-probability sampling dengan jumlah responden 30 orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif yang dilengkapi dengan = model Importance Performance Analysis. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan pengelolaan usaha sudah baik karena telah diatur melalui proses dari urutan fungsi-fungsi manajemen yaitu Perencanaan (planning), Pengorganisasian (organizing), Pergerakan (actuating), Pengendalian (controlling). Kepuasan pengunjung terhadap agrowisata kebun stroberi fragaria berada pada kuadran II dimana kinerja dari pengelola sudah bagus dan harus dipertahankan. Yang dianggap pengunjung memiliki kinerja yang berlebihan berada pada kuadran IV yang membuat pengunjung merasa sangat puas. Sedangkan pengunjung yang tidak puas berada pada kuadran I yang merupakan atribut yang sangat penting bagi pengunjung, tetapi belum dilaksanakan sesuai dengan keinginan pengunjung sehingga diprioritaskan untuk diperbaiki. Selanjutnya atribut yang dianggap kurang penting oleh pengunjung dan dijalankan biasa-biasa saja oleh pengelola terletak pada kuadran III sehingga menimbulkan rasa tidak puas atas pelayanan yang diberikan Kata kunci : Agrowisata, pengelolaan agrowisata, kepuasan pengunjung Visitor Satisfaction Analysis Of Agro-Tourism of Strawberry Fragaria Garden At Jorong Koto Tinggi, Pandai Sikek Village, X Koto sub District, Tanah Datar district ABSTRACT The strawberry fragaria garden is an agro- tourism that combining tourism and farming where visitors can visit the strawberries garden while enjoying the natural scenery around the strawberry garden. This study aims to describe the management of the strawberry fragaria garden and analyze visitor satisfaction of the agro-tourism. The methods used in this research is a survey method, while the respondents was taken using non-probability sampling method with the total respondent of 30 people. Data were analyzed descriptively using Importance Performance Analysis model. The research shows that the management of the agro-tourism is already good that can be seen from the process of management functions, which is Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling. The research finds that the visitor satisfaction towards the strawberry fragaria garden is located on quadrant II, which means the performance of the manager is good and should be preserved like it is. Meanwhile the performance that is considered excessive by visitors is on quadrant IV, that make visitors feel very satisfied. Moreover, the performance in quadrant I indicates that visitors did not satisfied toward the management. The attribute in quadrant I is very important attribute for visitors, but it has not been carried out in accordance with the wishes of visitors so it should be prioritized for repair. Finally attributes that are considered less important by visitors and also get less attention from management are in quadrant III, which create a sense of not satisfied upon the service provided.
