Abstract

Investment analysis capabilities are started from the projected number of students for the next few years and continued with the foundation’s projected activity cash flow reports. Furthermore, researcher estimates the cost for building which is needed by the foundation. Estimated cost in order to build that building is projected several years later. Projected results are compared with the projected cash flow reports that have been made. Based on those results, it can be seen that the foundation is unable to have a new building in the next few years. Researcher creates a recommendation that the foundation can ask for loan to the founders.
