Abstract

This research investigates the relationship between“Self Success, Tolerance of Risk, and Freedom at the Work, on the Motivation of Students to Become an Entrepreneurs. (Study in: Management Department Economic Faculty of Andalas University).” The data obtained through questionnaire. The samples were drawn from 100students who have the Motivation to Become Entrepreneurs. The data analyzed by using SPSS 19. In this research there are four variables, those are independent variable which are self success, , tolerance of risk, and freedom at the work, the dependent variable which is motivation to become entrepreneurs. The findings indicated that self success has significant to motivation to become entrepreneurs, tolerance of risk has significant to motivation to become entrepreneurs, and freedom at the work has significant to motivation to become entrepreneurs.
