Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of audit tenure and prior year audit opinion towards going concern audit opinion in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010-2014. The independent variables in this research are Audit Tenure and Prior Year Audit Opinion. As for dependent variable is Going Concern Audit Opinion. Methods of data analysis is using quantitative analysis techniques. The analytical tool use in this research is the logistic regression analysis with SPSS Ver. 20 and hypothesis analysis technique that is used is goodness of fit test by using T-test, F-test for 5% level of significant, and coefficient of determination (R2). The result showed that Audit Tenure were not significantly effect on going concern audit opinion as the dependent variable in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with 0.191 level of significant. Meanwhile, as for the Prior Year Audit Opinion have positive effect on going concern audit opinion as the dependent variables mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with 0.000 level of significant.
