Abstract
This research aimed to examine the influence of company size, business riskandprofitability ratiotocapital structure ofmanufacturing companies listedin Indonesia Stock Exchangeduring 2010-2014. This research using secondary data. Historical data was taken from the financialstatementsand theIndonesianCapitalMarket Directory(ICMD) publishedbythe Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sample was selected using purposive sampling method. The method applied in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that thesize of thecompanyandbusiness risksignificantly influence to thecapital structure. Whileprofitability ratiodo not affect to thecompany's capitalstructure. Whereas simultaneously, company size, business risk and profitability ratio have significant effect on company’s capital structure.
