Abstract

Nowadays, internet has been dedicated as a factor that can improve an effective communication for connecting the people in the world. The function of internet is more than one function, and nowadays the internet used in the business world that called as E-commerce, and usually used in Small Medium Enterprise (SME). But, sometime people don’t want to use a system not because of the cost, but because of the lack lack of user acceptance. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) explains that behavior intention as the determinant of actual usage. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) explains that behavior intention as the determinant of actual usage, which also influenced by perceived usefulness and also perceived ease of use, called as personal belief construct. TAM suggests that all of the external factors that affect the behavior intention and actual use is influenced by theses two beliefs of perceived usefulness and also perceived ease of use. The other variable that can influence actual use of a system is self-efficacy. One of the business nowadays that have a potential to implement the technology for their business is a travel agent. Tourism is one of the fastest growing sectors in the economies of many countries. Tourism is one of the industries that are most impacted by the popularity of the Internet. Because of this trend, in line with time there is a high raising amount of travel agency that exist in the online market now in order to get attention from the tourist. So, they focus on building their own website now. Keyword: Technology acceptance model, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, self-efficacy, actual use.
