Abstract
Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Usaha Pedagang Pecel Lele di Kota Padang This study is purpose to examine and provide empirical evidence about the factors that affect bussiness performance of Pecel Lele in Padang. The sample of this study as many as 75 bussiness Pecel Lele in Padang by using a quantitative method that got a result from questionaires. Hypothesis testing is done by using the Partial Analysis Square using several methods consisting of Measurement Model, Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, and Model Test. The data is processed does not have to normal distributive. The result showed that the internal factors more affecting the “Pecel Lele” bussiness performance in Padang than the external factors. Internal factors have a dominant affect influence the “Pecel Lele” bussiness permorfance influence the bussiness able to manage that management well enough to make the effort to get better over time. From several aspects of internal factors, human resources management aspect had a great influence that determine “Pecel Lele” bussiness performance in Padang. This is evidenced by the result of T-Statistic amount to 4.399. Meanwhile, the external factors do not affect because the goverment’s lack of attention and the economic crisis that occured in the community do not affect “Pecel Lele” bussiness performance in Padang.
