Abstract
This study aimed to know the potential, tax effort and effectiveness of Mineral Non Metal and Rock Tax in Padang Pariaman Regency. This study used a descriptive research. Data analysis methods that used are potential analysis, tax effort analysis and effectiveness analysis of Mineral Non Metal and Rock Tax. The results of this study showed that the potential of Mineral Non Metal and Rock Tax in Padang Pariaman Regency is exceeding the target and realization. From the tax effoert measurement, showed ability to pay is still low and needs to be improved. The effectiveness Mineral Non Metal and Rock tax is still low if analyzed by potential or target.
