The analysis of data used chisquare test with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that 31 (72.1%) out of the 43 respondents who exercise have good sleep quality, whereas 28 (65.1%) out of the 43 respondents who did not exercise have poor sleep quality. The result of the data analysis obtained p-value of 0.001 which indicates that there is significant relationship between exercise with sleep quality.
