Abstract

This research investigates influence of Perceived Organizational Support (POS), organizational commitment (OC), and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance in case at SMA N 5 Bukittinggi. The data obtained through questionnaire. The data were drawn from all 70 teacher at SMA N 5 Bukittinggi. Then the data analyzed by using SPSS 16. In this research there are three variables, those are independent variable which are POS, OC, and OCB. The dependent variable is employee performance. The findings indicated that POS doesn't has significant influence to employee performance and the OC and OCB has significant influence on employee performance of teacher at SMA N 5 Bukittinggi. Keywords: Perceived Organizational Support (POS, Organizational Commitment (OC), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Employee Performance.
