Abstract

Balanced Scorecard method is one method of measuring the performance of a company in the review of the financial perspective 4 perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective, and learning and growth perspective. This study, which took place at PT TASPEN, classified as quantitative and qualitative research using case study method .Data which is obtained from the annual report and the questionnaire. The data needed is the data associated with the Balanced Scorecard for each perspective. This study will provide information on the performance in terms of the Financial PT.Taspen growth perspective, customer growth perspective and learning and growth perspective. It can be used as information for the evaluation of the company.
