Abstract

The economic growth will be encouraged if it had adequate resources. Natural and human resources expected to create good economic growth. Human resources is especially important for developing countries especially Indonesia, particularly West Sumatera. If human resources are managed well through the higher education is expected to produce high productivity as well, therefore it push economic growth
