Abstract

Especially in hospital, nurses and midwifes are one of the most important resource and very influential on the success of the organization. They spearhead service to the patients and their families at the hospital, because of the encounter frequencies with patients are more often. Considering the enormity of the role and responsibilities of nurses and midwife in the hospital services, it is very important for the hospital management to recruit qualified nurses and midwifes because the successful of management in the hospital is not only how big the hospital is able to recruit and employ the qualified nurses and midwifes but also of how great the hospital could maintain them
