Abstract

Tujuan Interprofessional Education penting diketahui oleh calon profesi kesehatan sejak dini sebagai cikal bakal di instansi nantinya agar tercipta kolaborasi yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan, persepsi dan kesiapan mahasiswa ilmu kesehatan tingkat akhir mengenai IPE di Unand Padang Tahun 2016. Metode Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di FK, FKG, FKM, FFarm, dan FKep Unand pada Bulan Juni 2016. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Ilmu Kesehatan Unand Angkatan 2012 berjumlah 716 mahasiswa. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 88 mahasiswa dengan metode Accidental sampling Selanjutnya data kuantitatif dianalisis dengan menggunakan software komputer. Hasil Dari hasil uji statistik diketahui bahwa (51,1%) mahasiswa memiliki pengetahuan baik dan pada variabel persepsi dari 18 pernyataan 76 (86,4%) mahasiswa mempunyai persepsi dalam kategori baik sedangkan pada variabel kesiapan dari 19 pernyataan 45 (51,1%) kesiapan mahasiswa dalam kategori baik. Dari lima fakultas yang ada, FKG memiliki nilai tertiggi dalam pengetahuan (66,67%), persepsi (100%) dan kesiapan (77,78%) mengenai IPE dan FKM memiliki nilai terendah dalam pengetahuan (42,11%), persepsi (63,64%) dan kesiapan (46,15%) mengenai IPE. Kesimpulan Pengetahuan dan kesiapan sebahagian mahasiswa Ilmu Kesehatan Unand dalam kategori baik, dan sebagian besar persepsi mahasiswa Ilmu Kesehatan Unand dalam kategori baik. Fakultas yang memiliki nilai tertinggi pada pengetahuan , persepsi dan kesiapan mengenai IPE adalah FKG, dan nilai terendah adalah FKM. Diharapkan kepada institusi pendidikan agar sebelum mahasiswa dilepaskan sebagai alumni untuk dapat memberikan materi IPE lebih mendalam lagi supaya kolaborasi antar petugas kesehatan dapat berjalan baik untuk keselamatan pasien nantinya. The purpose of this research is to describe the knowledge, perception and health science student readiness level at their final year about IPE at Andalas University, Padang in 2016. Method This type of research is quantitative research. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry, Public Health, Pharmacy and Nursing Andalas University in June 2016. The population in this research was the students of Health Sciences, Andalas University of 2012 with total 716 students. The sample was 88 students by using accidental sampling. After that, the data was analyzed by using computer. Result From the statistical test (51.1%) students who have a good knowledge and 43 (48.9%) students who have sufficient knowledge, and on the perception variables from 18 statements, there are 76 (86.4%) students who have a perception in good level and there are 12 (13.6%) students' perceptions in the average level, while in the readiness variables from 19 statements, it is found that 45 (51.1%) students placed in good level, and 43 (48.9%) students placed in average level. It is found out that from 5 faculties, the Faculty of Dentistry is placed in high level in knowledge, perception and readiness about IPE, and FKM is placed in low level in knowledge, perception and readiness about IPE. Conclusion Knowledge and readiness of half of Andalas University Health Sciences students is placed in good level, and most of the students' perceptions of Andalas University Health Sciences are placed in good level. It is expected from the institution to strengthen the knowledge about IPE before they graduate, so that collaboration among health care workers can work well for sake of the patients’ safety in the future.
