Abstract
Tujuan Penelitian Escherichia Coli merupakan penghuni yang tidak berbahaya di dalam usus manusia dan hewan berdarah-panas lainnya; namun, strain E. Coli enterohemoragik (EHEC) atau E. Coli yang memproduksi verositoksin (VTEC) dapat menimbulkan penyakit. Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Ulakan mempunyai 70 rumah makan dan hanya 36 rumah makan (51,4%) yang memenuhi syarat. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan fasilitas sanitasi yaitu air bersih, pembuangan air limbah, toilet, tempat sampah dan tempat pencucian peralatan rumah makan dengan keberadaan Escherichia Coli. Metode Rancangan penelitian adalah cross sectional yang dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Ulakan bulan Maret-Juli 2016. Populasi adalah semua rumah makan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Ulakan, dengan penentuan sampel dengan cara Total Sampling sehingga didapatkan 60 sampel. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji chi-square dengan estimasi 95% CI. Hasil Analisis univariat didapatkan hasil bahwa rumah makan dengan air cuci tangan tidak memenuhi syarat sebanyak 21,7%. Analisis bivariat menunjukkan hasil bahwa fasilitas sanitasi yang berhubungan dengan keberadaan Escherichia Coli adalah air bersih (p=0,031), air limbah (p=0,035), toilet (p=0,009) dan tempat pencuci peralatan (p=0,005), sedangkan tempat sampah tidak memiliki hubungan dengan keberadaan Escherichia Coli (p=0,520). Kesimpulan Adanya hubungan air bersih, air limbah, toilet dan tempat pencucian alat dengan keberadaan Escherichia Coli pada air kobokan rumah makan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Ulakan Tahun 2016. Petugas kesehatan perlu meningkatkan pemahaman pengelola rumah makan tentang dampak fasilitas sanitasi yang tidak baik yang dapat menimbulkan penyakit bagi pengunjung rumah makan. Coli that produces cover verocytotoxin (VTEC) can cause disease. The working area of Ulakan health center has 70 restaurants and only 36 (51,4%) are eligible. The research objective was to determine the relationship faasilitas namely sanitary water supply, waste water disposal, toilets, trash and washing appliances eat with the presence of Escherichia coli. Method Cross-sectional study design was conducted in the working area health center Ulakan, months from March to July 2016. The population is all restaurantsin the working area of Ulakan health center, with the determination of the sample by total sampling to obtain 60 samples. Data analysis was performed using chi-square test with an estimated 95% CI. Result Univariate analysis showed that the restaurants with water for hand washing does not qualify as much as 21,7 %. The bivariate analysis showed that sanitation facilities associated with the presence of Escherichia coli is water (p=0,031), wastewater (p=0,035), toilet (p=0,009) and a washing appliances (p=0,005), while the trash is not has a relationship with the presence of Escherichia coli (p=0,520). Conclusion Their relationship fresh water, waste water, toilet and a washing appliance with the presence of Escherichia coli in the water for hand wahing restaurant in Ulakan health center 2016. Health workers need to improve understanding manager of the restaurant on the impact of inadequate sanitation facilities which can lead disease for visitors restaurant.
