FAKULTAS KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT UNIVERSITAS ANDALAS Skripsi, 1 Juni 2016 ZULFIHERWINDO, No.BP. 1311216002 ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN SANITASI TOTAL BERBASIS MASYARAKAT (STBM) DI PUSKESMAS KAMPUNG DALAM KABUPATEN PADANG PARIAMAN TAHUN 2016 xii+ 81 halaman + 14 tabel + 1 gambar + 13 lampiran ABSTRAK Tujuan Penelitian Pelaksanaan pilar pertama STBM Puskesmas Kampung Dalam baru 26,72% dari target sebesar 100%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi pelaksanaan pilar pertama STBM di Puskesmas Kampung Dalam Kabupaten Padang Pariaman . Metode Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 23 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam, focus group discussion, telaah dokumen dan observasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian datam penarikan kesimpulan dan analisa data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil Hasil penelitian didapatkan tidak adanya kebijakan pendukung, tidak adanya alokasi dana yang khusus untuk pelaksanaan program, tidak adanya koordinasi dengan lintas sektor terkait serta kurangnya kemampuan dari sanitarian/fasilitator dalam pelaksanaan pemicuan. Pelaksanaan pemicuan tidak sesuai dengan pedoman yang telah ditetapkan. Kesimpulan Pelaksanaan pilar pertama STBM dengan metoda pemicuan di Puskesmas Kampung belum dilaksanakan sesuai dengan pedoman sehingga pelaksanaan pilar pertama STBM dengan metode pemicuan kurang berhasil. Disarankan Puskesmas Kampung Dalam menetapkan kebijakan pendukung, mengalokasikan dana khusus untuk pelaksanaan STBM dan meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas pelatihan-pelatihan tentang STBM bagi sanitarian/fasilitator Puskesmas serta lebih meningkatkan koordinasi dengan lintas sektor terkait. This study aims to find out information on implementation of the first pillar STBM in Public Health Center of Kampung Dalam Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Method Method of the research is a qualitative research by system approach and purposive sampling technique. The number of informant is 23 peoples. The collecting of data are in-depth interview, focus group discussion, document review and observation. The data processing is done by reducing the data and making conclusion. The data analysis is done by triangulation of source and method. Result Result of the research were the lack of supporting policies, the lack of a special allocation funds for the implementation of the program, the lack of coordinations with the relevant sectors involved and the lack of ability of sanitarian / facilitator in the implementation of the triggers. The process of the trigger implementation was not appropriate with established guidelines. Conclusion The implementation of the first pillar STBM by triggered method in the Public Health Center of Kampung Dalam was not appropriate with the guidelines so the implemention of the first pillar STBM by trigger method was less successful. It is suggested the Public Health Center of Kampung Dalam to establish supporting policies, allocate special funds for the implementation of STBM, improve the quality and quantity of trainings about STBM for sanitarian / facilitator of Public Health Center, and do more improving of coordination with across relevant sectors.
