Abstract

Indonesia participates in and pursues the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). By quantitatively examining the score for implementing sustainable development goals of Indonesian provinces, it is possible to assess the ineffectiveness of the Indonesian government in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and to determine which SDG targets each province should prioritize for sustainable development. This article builds an analytical framework based on the implementation of SDGs in Indonesian provinces using content analysis. This research evaluates the Implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development in provinces of Indonesia listed on the website of LOCALISE SDGs Indonesia, as well as from the websites of each respective province, using coding statistics. It was discovered that each province's existing implementation of sustainable development goals requires significant improvement. The Indonesian government organization must still improve the local government's implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and it must also modify those targets which cannot be implemented at the local level.
