All patients were administered according to the standard procedure and treated by cryotherapy and HPV DNA examination. In the first group performed HPV DNA testing before and after the action of cryotherapy, while in the second group of HPV DNA testing done after cryotherapy. HPV DNA testing after cryotherapy done within 3-6 months thereafter. Results: The results indicate that HPV DNA negative in all samples in both groups after cryotherapy. Conclusion: Cryotherapy has an effect in the clearance of HPV virus in patients with high-grade dysplasia. Keywords: cryotherapy, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, human papillomavirus DNA.
