Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian Cakupan Kunjungan Nifas (KF) di Kota Solok Tahun 2013-2015 belum mencapai target 90%. Rendahnya cakupan KF menyebabkan permasalahan pada ibu di antaranya perdarahan dan infeksi masa nifas. Tahun 2014 AKI di Kota Solok 81 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan kunjungan nifas oleh bidan di wilayah kerja Dinas Kesehatan Kota Solok Tahun 2016. Metode Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif.Informan penelitian ini berjumlah 19 orang (1 orang Kabid Kesga, 1 orang Kasie KIA, 1 orang pengelola program ibu, 2 orang Pimpinan Puskesmas, 2 orang Bidan Koordinator, 12 orang bidan) dengan teknik Indepth interview, FGD, observasi, telaah dokumen. Hasil Hasil penelitian terkait ketersediaan bidan sudah sesuai jumlah sasaran. Latarbelakang pendidikan sudah sesuai standar yaitu D III Kebidanan. Pelatihan yang pernah diikuti oleh bidan sudah sesuai standar.Tidak ada dana khusus dari Dinas Kesehatan maupun Puskesmas terkait pelaksanaan kunjungan nifas. Sarana dan prasarana kunjungan nifas sudah sesuai standar namun ada beberapa kondisinya kurang baik. SOPbelum terlaksana dengan baik. Semua bidan belum adamembuat perencanaan khusus untuk kegiatan kunjungan nifas. Pengorganisasian belum berjalan dengan baik. Pada pelaksanaan kunjungan nifasoleh bidan belum sesuai standar. Pemantauan dan pengawasan yang belum efektif. Cakupan kunjungan nifas belum mencapai target, masih ada kasus infeksi dan kematian ibu nifas serta KB pascasalin belum mencapai target. Kesimpulan Rendahnya cakupan kunjungan nifas dipengaruhi oleh sarana, prasarana, SOP, perencanaan, pengorganisasian, serta pemantauan dan pengawasan. Dinas Kesehatan dan Pimpinan Puskesmas diharapkan lebih meningkatkan pemantauan dan pengawasannya. Bidan koordinator meningkatkan penyeliaannya. Bidan penanggung jawab wilayah membuat perencanaan sebelum melakukan kunjungan nifas. At 2014 MMR in Solok 81 per 100,000 live births.This study aimed to analyze the implementation of postpartum care service by midwives in the working area of Solok City Health Office 2016. Method This study is a qualitative research. The informants are 19 people (1 Head Kesga, 1 Head of MCH 1 program manager mother, 2 Chief Health Center, 2 Coordinating midwife, 12 midwives) with indepth interview techniques, FGD, observation, review of documents. Result The results of research related to the availability of midwives was appropriate number of targets.Educational background is in conformity standards which D III Midwifery.Training have been followed by a midwife, according to the standard.There is no special funding from the Health Department and Community Health Center regarding the conduct postpartum visits.Facilities and infrastructure are already standardized postpartum visits, but there are some less good condition.SOP has not done well.All the midwives yet made specific plans for activities postpartum visits.Organizing is not going well.On the implementation of postpartum visits by midwives do not meet standards.Monitoring and surveillance are not yet effective.Coverage of postpartum visits have not reached the target, there are still cases of infection and maternal mortality postpartum and also postnatalfamily planning has not reached the target. Conclusion Low coverage postpartum visits influenced by infrastructure and facilities, SOP, planning, organizing, monitoring and supervision.Health Department and PHC leaders are expected to further improve the monitoring and supervision.Midwife coordinator increase their provision.The midwife in charge of the area planning before doing postpartum visits.
