Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan Pemberian imunisasi HB-0 pada bayi guna melindungi bayi terhadap virus hepatitis B yang dapat merusak organ hati. Cakupan imunisasi HB-0 pada Puskesmas Paraman Ampalu pada tahun 2015 masih rendah (73,3%). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui -. Metode Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan Januari-Juni 2016. Rancangan penelitian ini Cross Sectional Study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 278 responden, dengan sampel 72 responden yang mempunyai bayi. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah stratified random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik chi-square. Hasil Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian imunisasi HB-0 pada bayi sebesar 83,3 %. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan -0 adalah umur ibu (p-value = 0,003), sikap ibu (p-value = 0,003), pendidikan ibu (p-value = 0,004), dukungan suami (p-value = 0,001), dukungan tenaga kesehatan (p-value = 0,001). Kesimpulan Ada peningkatan cakupan imunisasi HB-0 pada bayi dari (73,3%) menjadi (83,3%). Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara umur ibu, sikap ibu, pendidikan ibu, dukungan suami dan dukungan tenaga kesehatan. Diharapkan kepada bidan desa untuk melakukan kerjasama lintas sektor dalam memberikan promosi kesehatan kepada masyarakat supaya bayinya diberikan imunisasi HB-0. The purpose of this study to determine the factors associated with maternal behavior of HB-0 immunization of infants in Paraman Ampalu Health Center Gunung Tuleh District at West Pasaman Regency. Method This research was done on January-June 2016. The research design is cross sectional study. Population in this research were 278 respondents, with a sample of 72 respondents having a babies. The sampling technique is stratified random sampling. Data were analysis using chi-square test. Result The results showed HB-0 immunization to infants (83.3%). Results of bivariate analysis showed that factors related to the mother's behavior on immunization HB-0 is the mother's age (p-value = 0.003), mother’s attitude (p-value = 0.003), mother’s education (p-value = 0.004), support of her husband (p-value = 0.001), support health workers (p-value = 0.001). Conclusion There was an increase in HB-0 immunization scope in infants from (73.3%) become (83.3%). Results showed that relationship between mother’s age, mother’s attitude, mother’s education, husband's support and support of health worker.
