Abstract

Pengaruh Authentic Leadership dan Servant Leadership terhadap Work Engagement melalui Psychological Capital pada Auditor Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Sumatera Barat Thesis Oleh: Maidyo Rahmady Zen Pembimbing I : Dr. Hendara Lukito, SE, MM Pembimbing II : Dr. Harif Amali Rivai, SE, M.Si ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh authentic leadership dan servant leadership terhadap work engagement melalui psychological capital pada auditor Perwakilan BPKP provinsi sumatera barat. Dalam penelitian ini populasi terdiri dari seluruh pegawai auditor Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Sumatera Barat dengan jumlah 97 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis deskripsi faktor menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa authentic leadership mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement; authentic leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap psychological capital; Kepemimpinan yang melayani berpengaruh positif terhadap modal psikologis; kepemimpinan melayani memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja. Modal psikologis berpengaruh positif terhadap keterikatan kerja; Modal psikologis tidak memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan autentik terhadap keterikatan kerja; dan Modal psikologis memediasi penuh hubungan antara kepemimpinan yang melayani terhadap keterikatan kerja auditor Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Sumatera Barat. In this study, the population consisted of all auditors from the BPKP Representative Office of West Sumatra Province with a total of 97 people. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and factor description analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study indicate that authentic leadership has a positive and significant effect on work engagement; authentic leadership has a positive effect on psychological capital; Servant leadership has a positive effect on psychological capital; Servant leadership has a positive but not significant effect on work engagement. Psychological capital has a positive effect on work engagement; Psychological capital does not mediate the relationship between authentic leadership and work engagement; and Psychological capital fully mediates the relationship between servant leadership and the engagement of auditors representing BPKP West Sumatra Province.
