TIDAR KERINCI AGUNG SOLOK SELATAN TAHUN 2016 ix + 72 halaman, 17 tabel, 2 gambar, 9 lampiran ABSTRAK Tujuan Kecelakaan kerja dapat dicegah dengan mempromosikan budaya keselamatan di tempat kerja.Pada tahun 2015 telah terjadi 397 kasus kecelakaan kerja di PT. Tidar Kerinci Agung Solok Selatan. Tujuan penelitian iniuntuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor-faktor budaya keselamatan kerja (safety culture) dengan perilaku keselamatan (safety behavior) pada karyawan pemanen kelapa sawit PT. Tidar Kerinci Agung Solok Selatan Tahun 2016. Metode Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif menggunakan desain cross sectional, dan dilakukan di PT. Tidar Kerinci Agung Solok Selatan dari bulan Maret – Juni 2016. Sampel terdiri dari 74 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sistematic random sampling. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan ujistatistik Chi-square. Hasil Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lebih dari separuh karyawan PT. Tidar Kerinci Agung memiliki safety behavior yang kurang baik (67,6%). Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna variabel komitmen manajemen (p-value=0,049), pengawasan (p-value=0,008), prosedur kerja aman (p-value=0,021) dan komunikasi (p-value=0,030) dengan safety behavior dan tidak terdapat hubungan berrmakna pada variabel pelatihan (p-value=0,363)dan lingkungan kerja (p-value=0,822) dengan safety behavior. Kesimpulan Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara komitmen manajemen, pengawasan, prosedur kerja aman dan komunikasi dengan safety behavior. PT. Tidar Kerinci Agung agar dapat meningkatkan budaya keselamatan di perusahaan. . There have been 397 cases of occupational accidents at PT. Tidar Kerinci Agung in 2015. This study aims to determine the relationship of safety culture factors with safety behavior on employees at oil palm harvesters of PT. Tidar Kerinci Agung in 2016. Method This research is a quantitative study with cross sectional design. This research conducted in PT. Tidar kerinci Agung of March – June 2016 with 74 samples. The sampling was done by systematic random sampling method. Data analyzed by using Chi-square test statistic. Result The result showed than more than a half of employee at palm oil harvesters of PT. Tidar Kerinci Agung have not good safety behavior (67,6%). There were a significant relationship between management commitment (p-valueI=0,049), supervision (p-value=0,008), safe work procedures (p-value=0,021) and communication variable (p-value=0,030) with safety behavior and there were not significant relationship between training (p-value=0,363) and work environment (p-value=0,822) with safety behavior. Conclusion There were a significant relationship between management commitment, supervision , safe work procedures, communication with safety behavior. It is to PT.
