Abstract
Tourism has a great attention both from public and government. Based on Tourism satellite account in 2011, tourism has a strategic contribution for indonesia economy, namely;contribution to National GDP: 4.06%, contribution to employment 6,87% of total national workforce or 7,44 million people, the magnitude of this contribution can be an affective manner to alleviate poverty and contribution to indirect taxes 9,35 trillion rupiah (Mutis, 2012: 2). Before the seventies, there were many areas in Indonesia that can be significantly developed through the tourism sector, but attention of all parties were more focused on the abundant wealth of natural resources, so that the tourism sector had not been seriously considered. The tourism sector has been seriously developed since the beginning of the eighties, although in fact tourism sector has already generated foreign exchange income internationally, including Indonesia since 1950 (Pitana and Diarta, 2005).
