Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country that is experiencing rapid development growth. According to the Central Statistics Agency in 2020, Indonesia's population is 270,20 million. The increase in population from year to year results in the narrowing of land for development. Therefore, developers and business people make the best use of this opportunity in the world of construction by carrying out developments such as the Daan Mogot City apartment building tower 5. The Daan Mogot City apartment building tower 5 is an apartment building with 32 floors located in Daan Mogot, West Jakarta. , at the risk of a strong earthquake with a building height of 100.85m, resulting in a high probability of damage to the structure when an earthquake occurs. The risk reduction strategy can be implemented through a vulnerability assessment of buildings with a fragility curve. In this study, the fragility curve is determined for the existing Daan Mogot City Apartment building tower 5 against earthquakes and successively. The structure of the building is slab modeled with Shell, while beams and columns are modeled with frames, and shear walls are modeled with walls. then analyzed by Pushover and Nonlinear Time History (El Centro, Kobe, Nothridge and Padang earthquakes). Each data is normalized with a scale factor of 0.2 to 1.2 to the peak value of ground acceleration. The results of the analysis are the yield drift and maximum drift of the structure, which are then generated into a fragility curve based on the Hazus standard. The resulting earthquake fragility curve for 0.38g PGA (Design) shows that the probability of Slight damage to the structure is 100%, Moderate 100%, Extensive 80,77% and Collapses 0,16%. Through the Kolmogorov-Sminorv test, it is known that the results of the development of the fragility curve are normally distributed so that it can be used for evaluation of earthquake hazards in the Daan Mogot City Apartment Building tower 5.
