Abstract

This finding will provide important information to nursing improving performance, RSUD Kota Pinang Hospital is the one bigger hospital in Labuhan Batu Selatan. Labuhan Batu Selatan is the one district in Sumatra Utara –Medanand in the hospital they have nine Departments. Department Penyaki Dalam, Department Gigi, Department Bedah, Department Anastesi, Departemen Poli UGD, Departement Poli Kebidanan, Departement perawat Umum, Department Mata, and Department THT (Telingan,Tenggorokan and Hidung) Based on the description of the background that have been outlined above, research her interested in conducting research with the heading ―The Effect of Organizational Culture to Employee Performance (case by Nurse) in Kota RSUD Pinang Hospital”
