Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of intellectual capital on finacial performance, to determine influence of intellectual capital on firm value and to determine wheteher the finacial performance mediates the relationship between intellectual capital and the firm value. This research uses secondary data that got from Financial Report and Annual Report and Indonesian Capital Market Directory published in official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange www.idx.co.id. This research was conducted using the intervening variable of the association between three elements of VAICTM, firm value and finacial performance measured by growth revenue (ROA) and return on asset (ROA). The samples of the research are food and beverage industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011-2013. This research uses path analysis to analysis the data. The results of the data examination show that VAICTM does not have a significant influence to growth revenue (GR) and return on assets (ROA), GR does not have a significant influence to price book value (PBV), and ROA has a significant influence to PBV. VAICTM does not have to signifcant influence to PBV. But VAICTM has a significant influence to firm value through GR and ROA.
