Abstract

Pengaruh Digital skill dan Industry 4.0 Skills-Sets terhadap Kesiapan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia Dalam Menghadapi Dunia Kerja Masa Depan dengan Kompetensi Instruktur sebagai Variabel Moderator: Studi pada Balai Latihan Kerja Padang Thesis Oleh Rizki Gusfa WInda Pembimbing I : Dr. Yulihasri, SE, MBA Pembimbing II : Dr. Hendra Lukito, SE, MM ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keterampilan digital, keterampilan industri 4.0, dan kompetensi instruktur terhadap kesiapan kerja peserta pelatihan di BLK Padang dalam menghadapi dunia kerja masa depan, dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling sebanyak 160 peserta pelatihan, kemudian data dianalisis dengan bantuan SPSS V 26, Mc. Excel, dan perangkat lunak PLS 3.3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan digital, keterampilan industri 4.0, dan kompetensi instruktur berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja. Kemudian, uji moderasi menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi instruktur tidak hanya mempengaruhi kesiapan kerja peserta pelatihan BLK Padang tetapi juga memperkuat efek antara keterampilan digital dan keterampilan industri 4.0 terhadap kesiapan kerja peserta pelatihan BLK Padang. Excel, and PLS software 3.3. Results of the research show that digital skills, industry 4.0 skill-sets, and instructor competencies have a positive and significant effect on work readiness.
